Please Read thoroughly:

1.     Course Reservation & Paymentََ

o   Once payment is made, your teacher is notified and your seat is reserved in the course.

o   Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued, regardless of how much of it has been completed.

o   Exceptions are made only in the case of serious illness requiring hospitalization or passing (of the student or an immediate family member).

2.     Attendance Policy

o   Inform the academy in advance (24 hours in advanced) if unable to attend a session.

o   Students who are absent 3 times without valid excuse will be disqualified from following the course and will not be eligible for a refund.

o   Being late 3 times will be counted as one absence.

o   If the teacher leaves the session after waiting for 10 minutes. The student is then considered absent.

o   Repeated technical issues that prevent effective participation may count as absences.

3.     Homework and Practice Requirements

o   Students must come to class having completed assigned work and practiced what was covered.

o   If a student has not done the required preparation, they may attend but will not be allowed to participate actively (ask or answer questions).

4.     Classroom Etiquette

o   Students will observe our academy etiquette, please review ‘Class Etiquette’ in order to avoid breaking the rules without knowing.

5.     Communication

o   All official communication will be via email. Students/ parents must check their emails regularly.

o   Notify the teacher/admin in advance if you will be absent.

6.     Parental Supervision (for kids):

o   For students under 14, a parent must be nearby during class.

7. Adjustment of Course Hours

Each course includes the number of instructional hours specified at the time of enrollment.

o   If additional hours are required to meet the course objectives, this will be discussed and agreed upon before scheduling, and such hours will be charged at the same rate as the current course.

o   If the course is completed before all allocated hours are used, the remaining hours will be credited towards the next course.

8.     Certification Clause

o   Only students who complete the full course with proper attendance and participation will receive certificates or recommendations.
